Steve Nero is an executive with over 24 years of experience leading high performance organizations and rapidly growing companies in Medical Devices and wellness. Steve started his career as an Electrical Engineer and spent 12 years serving various roles with ADAC LABORATORIES, a leader in medical imaging, where he eventually became EVP of Marketing and Engineering. During Steve's tenure, ADAC Labs grew from $80M to $500M and became the first and only medical company to win the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Steve then spent 7 years as President and COO of Star Trac commercial fitness. Under Steve's leadership, Star Trac grew from $70M to $200m and became a world leader in commercial fitness. Steve brings that same drive, energy, and visionary leadership to Primus to build a world leader in the medical, wellness and rehab markets. Steve has a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Duke University. Steve is married with 2 children and is a Pilot, avid rock climber and amateur endurance athlete.

Mark Shaw started his career in 1992 selling Therapeutic Sleep Surfaces and in 2002 founded Primus Medical. In the fall of 2008 he sold his company to a Global Manufacturer but has remained a leader at the company as President/COO. Since its inception, Mark quickly established Primus as being a customer centric organization. He has 4 patents to his credit and additional patents pending which have spearheaded innovations in Woundcare and Fall Prevention products. Mark has also been involved in many organizations over the years and has served on committees such as OHCAs Facility Standards committee - Woundcare and Falls Task force. Most recently he was elected as an American Cancer Societys Mahoning County Council Member 2012/2013. Mark studied at the University of Akron and in his off-time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching football and cooking on the grill.

Peter Loope is an executive with over 20 years of experience leading sales teams in the long term care, acute and homecare markets. Peter started his career as a Sales Representative and spent 7 years serving various sales, marketing and management roles with Kinetic Concepts Inc., a leader in wound care, bariatric and rentals services. Peter then spent 10 years at the Invacare Corporation leading sales teams on a regional and national level focusing on expanding Invacare's presence in long term care. Peter brings a level of big company experience, industry knowledge, and a driving desire to serve customers that will help further position Primus Medical as an industry leader across healthcare markets. Peter has a business degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Peter is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends in his home state of Florida.
